Return & Refund Policy

At Flickarts (www.flickarts.in), we aim to provide quality products at affordable prices. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
   • Product is damaged or defective
   • Wrong item has been delivered

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

1. Non-Returnable Conditions
   We do NOT accept returns for:
   • Change of mind
   • Incorrect size or variant selected by customer
   • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

2. Return Process
   To request a return, email us at flickarts.in@gmail.com with:
   • Order ID
   • Clear images/videos of the issue

Once approved, we will guide you with the return process.

1. Refund Policy
   • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
   • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
• Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

1. International Orders 🌍
   • Returns are generally not accepted for international orders due to high logistics costs
   • In case of damaged or incorrect items, partial or full refund may be provided based on the issue

2. Replacement
   In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.

3. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
   Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
   If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time, please contact us.

5. Important Notes
   Flickarts reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
